We store your account details, your baby's name and birth date, and the sleep entries you log. We use them only to show your history and forecasts.

Only members of your family group can see your baby's data. You decide who joins and can remove anyone at any time.

We do not sell your data or show ads. Sleep data is not shared with third parties.

You can export all your data or delete your account (and all data for babies you own) from Settings at any time. That is your right under UK GDPR.

Forecasts are general guidance based on typical wake windows and are not medical advice.
